Busy Times for Pulse Structural Monitoring Delivering INTEGRIpod NXT & INTEGRIstick Based SCR Production Riser and Flow Induced Vibration (FIV) Monitoring Systems

It's been a busy July and August 2016 for Pulse Structural Monitoring. Just have a look at all the pictures.

Pulse has been hard at work delivering multiple monitoring systems based on its new INTEGRIpod NXT platform for monitoring. The equipment has been under production in the UK for the last 6 months and has finally arrived at the Pulse Houston, TX office where it will be used on a number of projects in the Gulf of Mexico.

The projects include:

  • Lazy Wave Steel Catenary Production Riser (SCR) Monitoring System
  • Flow Induced Vibration (FIV) Monitoring System
  • Drilling Riser Monitoring System (DRMS)

The Pulse Houston team is performing final Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and will support the installation and commissioning of the equipment in GOM over the coming weeks.

 Pictured above are:

  • Electronics Testing & Assembly
  • Mechanical Clamp Assembly & Fit Testing
  • Production Riser Strain Gauging
  • 4 Point Bend Testing for INTEGRIstick Calibration
  • INTEGRIpod NXT Final Assembly
